Hello,
my name is Çağdaş Kanal and I study at Maltepe University. As you all arrive for Erasmus to Istanbul this semester, some of you maybe haven't found a place to stay yet. I am looking for two flatmates from the beginning of October.
Below you will find a short description of my flat.
The flat is near Minibüs Street, close to E5, 10 min.by feet to the train station and to the fairy stop of Bostancı. It is around half an hour by bus to Kadıköy, the main center of the Asian side. You will find direct buses to the European side every half an hour, and minibuses to reach other parts of the Asian side of Istanbul. The shuttle buses going to Yeditepe Unv., Maltepe Unv., Marmara Unv., pass also this way.
The flat is on the second floor of a three-floor building. There is 3 rooms and a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Additionally there is 2 balconies, one in the living room, the other in one of the rooms. The flat has around 110 m2. It is fully furnished, with internet connection, hot water, gas, heater.
I look for flatmates for maximum one academic year.
